Mail and Package Receipt and Distribution
- The mailroom, located on the first floor, is where packages are received for agencies and divisions located in the DHS Administration Building. Staff in the mail room will arrange to deliver these packages to agency and division offices.
- Incoming mail is received and sorted for delivery to agencies in the DHS Administration Building and other state agencies located in various locations throughout the state.
Information Desk and Referral Service
The DHS Administration Building Information Desk receives numberous phone calls and visitors. Administrative Support staff who work at the Information Desk are familiar with the many services available in the Department of Human Services and the community at large. In addition, these staff process visitors to the DHS Administration Building. These people come for a variety of reasons: meetings; presentations; conferences; training; and those with questions about available services.
Forms Ordering and Shipment
- Administrative Support staff maintains and inventory of DHS forms.
- Orders for forms can be done via e-mail to ANTEROJERRYGONZALEZ@utah.gov

- Although the inventory is maintained by the General Services operation, the ordering agency is responsible for shipping costs to their location.
